Conditions of Participation |

In the interest of safety, the tutor’s instructions are always
to be followed strictly during the course. If these instructions or
the regulations of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), which
are there to prevent the participant, other persons or items of great
value being put at risk, are not adhered to then the participant concerned
can be excluded from the course without having any claim to a reimbursement
of the course fees.
The events organiser reserves the right to postpone or even cancel
courses if less than eight participants have registered per group;
or if in the opinion of the course leader in charge the weather conditions
do not allow for the course to be carried out without the course participants
or the vehicles being used being put at risk; or that the event organiser
would in this case be obliged to more than just reimbursing course
fees.
The stipulations of the German Road Traffic Regulations and the Regulations
Authorizing the Use of Vehicles for Road Traffic (StVZO) apply on the
training grounds. For this reason, a driving permit for the various
respective courses is required. |

Insurance |

| |
During the training course each participant is covered by our motor
vehicle passenger insurance (€26,000 upon death, €32,000
in the event of disablement and €103,000 in the event of total
disablement).
The vehicles used in the driving safety training are covered by comprehensive
insurance to the value of €3,500 maximum loss and an excess of €500.
This applies in the case of driving exercises taken at the driving
safety centre within the marked training tracks, the practice sections
of the Grand Prix track and on the Nordschleife.
This is not valid outside of the marked training tracks of the driving
safety centre (e.g. return tracks, car park, and queuing up for an
exercise), or during free driving and guided driving on the Grand-Prix
track and the Nordschleife.
In the case of gross negligence the vehicle driver is liable for the
full amount of damages. |

Cancellation conditions |

Cancellations before the sixtieth day prior to the event are charged
by us at 10 % of the prospective costs of the event.
Cancellations made between the sixteenth and sixtieth day before the
event are charged by us at 60 % of the prospective costs of the event.
Cancellations made between the sixth and fifteenth day before the event
are charged by us at 80% of the prospective costs of the event.
Cancellations within the last five days prior to the event are charged
by us at 90 % of the prospective costs of the event.
Non-attendance on the day of the event is charged at 100 % of the prospective
costs of the event. |

Terms of payment for the individual registering |

7 days after invoice is issued. |

Terms of payment for group bookings |
|
| |
50 % of the prospective costs of the event are to be paid 30 days
prior to the first day of the event.
The remaining 50 % are to be paid
by the first day of the event.
The invoices are issued by the driving
safety centre.
Variable costs that are only established towards the end of the event,
for example, for provisions or such like, will be charged for in a
separate invoice afterwards.
The general terms and conditions of business apply until 31.12.2004.
