| Truck courses |
For Truck owners and their drivers in particular, time is
money and the pressure of deadlines is enormous. This means that even the
most experienced truck drivers make mistakes that can cause accidents when
put under stress. Even if these turn out not to be too serious they can
still have serious economic consequences, nevertheless. Therefore it is
all the more important that Truck drivers are trained to react correctly
in dangerous situations.
Therefore, our range of Truck courses primarily appeal to companies that
would like to reduce their rate of accidents.

As the main accident causes are generally very different according to
the vehicle type, sector and company, we offer special training courses
customised to the operation concerned in addition to a standard programme.
If a lot of accidents happen whilst shunting then the main focus of our
training will be how to do this safely.
|

If it about avoiding accidents with tankers then exactly this problem
will be
approached. If requested, our participants will have a training vehicle
made available to them to practice preventing accidents with this type
of vehicle: our tip-over tank vehicle with support side wheels.
However, we can also go into the so-called “soft facts“ within
the course of our training programme.
| Examples of this are: |
 |
| • |
Anti-stress training |
| • |
Behaviour training for bus drivers and deliverers |
| • |
Economical and fuel-saving training |
| • |
Proper diet |
| • |
Loading safety |
| • |
... |
|
| |
| However, important, basic training is not neglected: |
| The following are nearly always part of our Truck training
course: working on the best way of stopping and the best braking methods;
avoiding obstacles that suddenly appear; braking and techniques for driving
in and around bends on a (one-sided) slippery carriageway; and ascending
mountains and driving up hills. |
